Clearly I have a long way to go from the food photography point of view – but here’s a little snapshot of my type of food

So it begins – a foray into the world of blogging. I was reluctant at first, wondering how anyone had the time. But after forgetting to write down yet another recipe, I decided to take some well-meaning advice and keep an online record. Perhaps other people will read it too. I’m not a chef or anything like that, but I like to cook end enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, and people seem to like my food. Mainly I’m a medical student, and I spend most of my time in the hospital seeing patients or at my desk with my head in a book. I guess cooking is my way of attempting to find the medical holy grail: work-life balance. Let’s see what happens.
